About us
A Centennial Water Treatment Crew That Starts With Where Your Water Comes From
Local installers. Written prices. Recommendations that come from your water, not from a sales quota.
How we ended up doing it this way
Centennial Water Filtration began with a pattern we kept seeing. Two houses on the same side of I-25, quoted the same softener by the same national brand, with completely different water coming out of the tap. One needed it. One did not.
Centennial is served by several water providers. Some deliver treated mountain snowmelt. Some blend in groundwater pumped from deep aquifers. Treatment plants use different disinfectants. A system sized from a regional sales sheet is a guess. We decided to stop guessing.
Today we install and service filtration, softening and drinking-water systems across Arapahoe County and the south metro. Every recommendation starts with a reading at your tap and ends with a written price. That is the whole business model, and it is not complicated.
What we are here to do
Give Centennial households the water they want at the tap, with the smallest system that gets them there, installed cleanly and kept running.
We would rather lose a sale than sell a system you do not need. Neighbors talk, and the south metro is smaller than it looks.
Six reasons people stay with us
-
District-level knowledge
We know which parts of Centennial tend to get harder blended water and which tend to get softer surface water, and we check it every time.
-
Colorado well experience
Acreage wells around Parker and Foxfield bring iron, manganese and sometimes sulfur. We design treatment trains for them every month.
-
No commission
Our techs are paid for good installs, not for upgrades. You will hear the cheaper option first if it works.
-
Written, fixed pricing
One figure covering equipment, labor and haul-away, agreed before work starts.
-
Brand-neutral service
We repair and maintain most major brands, including systems another company installed.
-
Follow-through
Filter reminders, cartridge changes and repair calls go to the same local crew. No call center, no ticket number.
Standards we work to
We install components certified to the relevant NSF/ANSI standards, follow manufacturer installation requirements, and pull permits where the local building department requires them.
- NSF/ANSI-certified filters, membranes and media
- Manufacturer-specified installation and sanitization
- Permits pulled where Centennial or county rules require
- General liability coverage on every job
- Written water readings left with every visit
