The fastest way to get a time

Call (303) 747-4253. Have your cross streets ready and, if you can, a photo of any existing equipment or the stains and scale you are dealing with. That lets us bring the right parts on the first visit.

What happens after you call

  1. We ask three questions

Where you are, what you are seeing, and whether you are on city water or a well. That tells us which test kit and which route.

  2. You get a window

Usually a two-hour slot within a few business days. We text when the tech is on the way.

  3. You get numbers and a price

The tech reads your water, explains what it means and writes a price on the spot if anything needs fixing.

Contact questions

Can I book online?

Phone is the only booking channel, on purpose. A two-minute call gets you a real time and the right test kit. Reach us at (303) 747-4253.

How soon can someone come out?

Usually within a few business days, sooner if we already have a route near you. We will tell you the earliest window when you call.

Do you charge for the visit?

We tell you the cost of any visit on the phone before booking. No surprise fees at the door.

Do you cover my town?

If you are in Arapahoe County or northern Douglas County, almost certainly. Check the service areas page or just ask.

Can I call about a system someone else installed?

Yes. Tell us the brand and model if you can find it. We service most major makes.

Ready when you are

One short call books the visit. You will leave it knowing exactly what your water needs.
